Orionbelt.com LLC builds apps that collect information on your behalf — visitor names, sign-up lists, quotes, guest messages. That data is yours, not ours. This policy explains what we hold, what we don't, and how to reach us about it.
1. Data our apps collect
Most of our iPad and iPhone apps store the information you and your visitors enter directly on your own device. Sign-up entries, visitor logs, guest book messages, room measurements, and price books do not pass through our servers unless a feature explicitly says otherwise.
When you export a list, email a report, or send a PDF quote, that transfer happens through your own device and your own email account. We do not receive a copy.
2. Data this website collects
When you submit the support form we receive the name, email address, product selection, and message you type, so that we can reply. We keep support correspondence only as long as it is useful for handling your request and any follow-up.
We do not sell, rent, or trade any information you send us.
3. Web platform data
Cleantegrity is a web platform with accounts, so it necessarily stores account, property, booking, and payment information to provide the service. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.
4. Third-party services
We use a small number of vendors to operate: an email delivery provider for support replies, a hosting provider for this website, and — for the Cleantegrity platform only — a database host, a payment processor, and a messaging provider. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.
Apps distributed through the App Store are also subject to Apple’s own privacy practices for purchases, subscriptions, and analytics you have opted into.
5. Children
Our products are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Your choices
Because app data lives on your device, you can remove it at any time by deleting the records in the app or removing the app itself. For anything held on our side — support correspondence or a Cleantegrity account — write to us and we will provide or delete it.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes will be called out clearly rather than slipped in quietly.
