CleanQuotes turns your iPhone or iPad into a complete on-site quoting tool for cleaning, interior painting and flooring professionals. Pick the trades you offer when you set up the app and only those quotes show up — residential, school & facility, and commercial cleaning, interior painting, and flooring.
Walk the property, scan each room with LiDAR or type the dimensions yourself, and CleanQuotes works out wall, ceiling, trim and floor areas for you. Paint and flooring materials are calculated from each room’s area with waste and your own markup, and every price comes from a price book you set yourself.
When you’re done, export a professional PDF with your logo, room-by-room breakdown and photos, and email it before you’ve left the driveway. Mark quotes Booked or Lost, and Reports show your win rate, price per square foot and earnings per hour. CleanQuotes Pro unlocks unlimited quotes, PDF export and Reports, with a three-day free trial.
